Palliative care is given to individuals suffering from serious illnesses like cancer, liver damage, heart failure, kidney failure, etc. Patients with such illnesses are treated with utmost care and support both physically & mentally through medications, exercises, music therapy, mind-relaxing sessions, etc. According to WHO claims it has been said that there are nearly 38-41 million people in need of palliative care and nearly 70% of the individuals are from low to middle-income countries. Our motto of the Palliative conference is to focus on increasing the number of facilities to contact palliative care providers.
