Palliative care is given to the patient who is undergoing treatment for cancer to slow down, treat & cure cancer. It has been believed that palliative care during the cancer treatment or the journey of a cancer patient improves the quality of treatment to enhance the response of the mental & physical body to the medications. Special care is given to oncology & cancer patients.
