Palliative care could be a comparatively new field and needs a lot of active researches to provide us knowledge based on local settings and surroundings. The analysis or study could also be done as an academic demand for the educational course as a thesis or treatise, or for individual interest, or through funding chance. It may be done for creating a presentation at a conference and overall for career growth.
In palliative care, common broad research areas can be related to pain and pain relief, other symptoms such as fatigue, lymphoedema, delirium, nausea, cachexia and psychological issues such as depression, demoralization, phobias, anxiety, panic and Social factors such as social stresses, social support, family issue, interventions pharmacological or non-pharmacological, Systematic reviews, meta-analysis, Grief, and bereavement.
